              3. Practical and simple exercises  to train in between lessons to fast track your progress

What is the smallest change you can make that will have the biggest impact? Is at the forefront of my coaching. You don’t need to get worst before you get better, and you certainly don’t need to hit tons of balls to get better! Just make the right change and progress will happen.
